We are seeking men and women in our community to join the team and help keep the Richfield community a safe and enjoyable place to live.  Our fire department is made up of mostly volunteers that live in the community.

18 years old by class completion
Medical Physical
Background check

No prior training in the field is needed.

Classes start soon, they are generally two days or two nights a week.  We utilize Waukesha County Technical College and Milwaukee Area Technical College for training.  If approved for membership, all classes and expenses are paid for.

We ask in return that you take an active role in serving our community.  You would be assigned a duty group that places you "on call" one set weeknight and every fourth weekend.  Additionally we hold trainings on Monday Nights or during the day.  50% attendance is required to stay active.
